Brother Organized the Training of System Knowledge and Institutional Culture for New Employees
The CEO’s office organized a training of system knowledge and institutional culture for new employees on March 20th, 2012. It aims to transmit the basic knowledge of systems, the construction of institution and the related implementations required to new employees, and strengthen the awareness of standard operating for better guidance to the daily work.
The content of the training was clear and targeted, and the entire training process was smooth. The company will continue to conduct such training for new employees each quarter.
